Human Resources Generalist
HR Generalist – Field & Operations Support

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual HR Generalist to support our workforce across field and operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced, hands-on nature of industries like construction, logistics, or skilled trades. You’ll play a key role in recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems development—ensuring our teams are supported, safe, and set up for success.

DKey Responsibilities:

Hiring & Onboarding

Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Maintain personnel records and support hiring managers throughout the employee lifecycle.

Performance Management

Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and employee feedback initiatives to promote growth and accountability.

Safety & Compliance

Coordinate safety training, maintain OSHA records, and ensure clear communication of compliance standards to field teams.

Benefits Administration

Administer employee benefits, manage renewals, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and care.

Engagement & Recognition

Organize employee events, recognition programs, and morale-boosting initiatives that reflect company values.

Policy & Handbook Management

Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks. Translate documents and ensure accessibility for all employees.

Payroll & Timekeeping

Support payroll processing, manage timekeeping systems, and track leave balances accurately.

HR Projects & Systems Development

Assist with HR initiatives and contribute to long-term improvements in HR systems and processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
