What You'll Be Doing
Support the administration and execution of core HR programs, including compensation, leave management, employee relations, investigations, and workplace safety efforts.
Partner with management to guide performance, develop talent, enhance work relationships, and support internal promotions and organizational changes
Serve as the primary point of contact for employment-related questions from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex or sensitive matters as needed
Coordinate training compliance efforts, including tracking and maintaining records for required learning programs
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
Provide sound counsel to employees and management ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Company policies
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in employee relations, with ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Strong sense of urgency in resolving employee inquiries
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess issues and develop appropriate solutions
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with employees and managers, fostering open communication and effective working relationships
Work Environment
This position is based in our corporate office and operates in a professional, team-oriented setting. The role is hybrid to offer consistent collaboration with HR and internal stakeholders.
