**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Support the administration and execution of core HR programs, including compensation, leave management, employee relations, investigations, and workplace safety efforts.
+ Partner with management to guide performance, develop talent, enhance work relationships, and support internal promotions and organizational changes
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for employment-related questions from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex or sensitive matters as needed
+ Coordinate training compliance efforts, including tracking and maintaining records for required learning programs
+ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
+ Provide sound counsel to employees and management ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Company policies
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in employee relations, with ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
+ Strong sense of urgency in resolving employee inquiries
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess issues and develop appropriate solutions
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
+ Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with employees and managers, fostering open communication and effective working relationships
**Work Environment**
This position is based in our corporate office and operates in a professional, team-oriented setting. The role is hybrid to offer consistent collaboration with HR and internal stakeholders.
