Foot Locker, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and organized self-starter to join our dynamic North America Divisional Human Resources (HR) team! The HR Generalist will provide a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across HR functional areas, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and talent management. Responsibilities Serve as on-site HR support to research and resolve employee inquiries and coordinate workplace activities (sample sales, workspace/floor plan changes, etc.) in partnership with the broader HR and business teamsSupport the recruitment process and pipeline positions in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless candidate experienceManage the new hire onboarding process, including all necessary pre-hire tasks (IT equipment, processing new hire paperwork), and support new hire orientation on and beyond their first dayFoster a strong culture through employee experiences. Diagnose opportunity areas and partner with HR leaders to develop action plans to drive improvements.Champion engagement by leading the Culture Committee and coordinating home office employee events such as seasonal celebrations and quarterly Foot Locker business updates/town hallsLiaise with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to process transactions (payroll changes, off-cycle payments, leaves of absence), and maintain employee records in all systems (transfers, promotions, title changes)Support with organizational design activities, including maintaining and updating current organizational charts.Manage and facilitate the Summer Internship Program, including pre-planning of program agenda, recruitment support, mid-program events, and post-program follow-up and evaluationSupport HR Business Partners with the annual performance appraisal and compensation review process for assigned business units (reporting, calibration sessions, follow-up)Special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant HR experience preferredBachelor’s degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience in HRProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Systems experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, Kronos, and Success Factors a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentAbility to multitask and prioritize; must have strong organization, time management, and follow-up skillsPassion for delivering results through peopleDemonstrates high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismStrong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of associatesExcellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail, ability to produce high-quality and accurate work products Benefits

The annual base salary range is $65000 - $70000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
