Human Resources Generalist
Description We are seeking an experienced and versatile Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about creating positive employee experiences and driving organizational success. In this role, you’ll support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will play a critical part in fostering a strong company culture while ensuring HR processes are efficient, thorough, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: + Act as the first point of contact for employees and management, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns. + Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. + Administer employee benefits and ensure proper resolution of benefits-related questions and issues. + Support employee performance management processes, goal-setting, and career development initiatives. + Collaborate with department leaders on employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion strategies. + Handle employee relations matters by investigating complaints and resolving conflict quickly and fairly. + Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and suggest policy updates as necessary. + Manage HR recordkeeping and reporting tools to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of personnel data. + Assist in the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a generalist or in a similar capacity. + Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, compliance standards, and HR best practices. + Advanced proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport across all organizational levels. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. + HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a preferred asset. + A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive employee satisfaction.
