Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team, providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the hiring function by creating and maintaining relevant documentation.Process parts of the recruiting process on the recruiting platform as needed.Conduct phone screens and assist hiring managers throughout the process.Create interview kits and schedule interviews per hiring manager requests.Facilitate pre-interview meetings to train interviewers and elevate interview quality.Manage orientation and onboarding to ensure new hires receive necessary information.Ensure employees understand benefits plans and enrollment provisions.Administer benefits plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations.Maintain employee documentation and files, ensuring compliance with governing agencies.Provide HR support across different functional areas and oversee organization events.Conduct employment verifications and maintain compliance with USCIS Form I-9.Essential SkillsProven experience in HR programs, creating employee handbook & HR policy.Knowledge of legal/compliance requirements.3-5 years of direct and/or related HR experience in various functional areas.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be bilingual.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.PHR certification and/or SHRM-CP preferred.Work Environment
This is an on-site position from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The role offers an opportunity to grow with the company and build the HR team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
