A Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Executive, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Executive will also be required to manage employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Support and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures

 

Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability

Ensure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines

 

Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried outAssist in determining departmental training requirementsEnsure completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislationAssist in the organisation of Team Member social eventsWork with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industryPromote and endorse staff benefitsAssist and resolve team member and management queries

Previous experience in or equivalent roleStrong Knowledge of UAE LawsPositive attitudeExcellent communication and people skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externallyExcellent grooming standardsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work on their own or in teamsExperience with MS Office applications and Outlook

Knowledge of hospitalityCIPD qualified or working towards qualification, or equivalentIT proficiency
