This role is a strong Talent Acquisition based role and is ideal for someone who wants to grow within Human Resources. **Job Summary:** The Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and an exceptional candidate experience across the Perth multi-property cluster (The Westin, Aloft, Four Points, and Courtyard). This role manages requisitions through mHUB, proactively sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, issues offers and employment contracts, and ensures a seamless onboarding handover to HR Operations. The position maintains accurate records and compliance with all legal and company standards. In addition to operational recruitment, the role partners with property leaders on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives, including college relations, career fairs, and recruitment events. While cross-functional HR support may be required, primary accountability remains Talent Acquisition.
