Job Overview
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and HR administration. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and assists the company in fostering a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing

Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate orientation and induction programs for new hires. Maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline. 2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries. Support employee engagement and welfare-related activities. Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes. 3. HR Administration Record and update employees’ leave applications, attendance, and timekeeping data. Manage leave, overtime, and attendance records. Compile and report employee leave and attendance statistics. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Draft and prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, etc.). 4. Training & Development Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs. Track training attendance and maintain training records.
5. Compliance & HR Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Assist in updating and improving HR policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related role. Familiar with Malaysia’s Employment Act and statutory HR requirements. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling confidential information. Skills Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Integrity in handling sensitive information. A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred (HR & Administrative Advantage) Experience in recruitment or interview scheduling. Familiarity with attendance, payroll, or HR systems. Experience in employee engagement activities or training coordination. Knowledge of office equipment and vendor management. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
