Job Description:

As the HR Factory Coordinator, you will drive the daily HR operations that keep our manufacturing site running smoothly. You will own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration, while providing critical support for payroll and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for the Hollidaysburg location, managing temporary-to-hire roles in partnership with local staffing agencies as well as direct-hire positions.Oversee and coordinate the new hire onboarding process in collaboration with the Factory General Manager and Human Resources Director to ensure a seamless employee experience.Act as the primary on-site HR resource for employees, addressing questions related to attendance, timekeeping, PTO, benefits, company policies, and workplace concerns.Review, validate, and submit timekeeping data to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Maintain comprehensive training records and monitor participation in mandatory and professional development programs.Manage employee personnel files and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation, as needed.Contribute to special HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.Provide administrative and office management support to the facility as required.

Education: High School

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in related field preferred. 

Experience: 36 months

Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or in a similar human resources support role.Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred. Experience working with hourly workforces and staffing agencies strongly preferred.Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Familiarity with ADP Work Force Now and/or Employee Navigator a plus.Working knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedure, and employment practices.High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management.Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
