What will I be doing?
The Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all guests, applicants, and team members entering the Human Resources office, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and provide prompt, courteous service to guests, applicants, and team membersSupport Human Resources Managers with a wide range of administrative and clerical duties, including:Word processing, typing, and email correspondenceFiling and data entryAnswering phones and responding to inquiriesProcessing mail and maintaining recordsTaking notes and/or dictation as neededPerform general office duties such as faxing, copying, and organizing documentsAssist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as neededWhat are we looking for?
3+years of Administrative ExperienceKnowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Email Communication
