Human Resources Coordinator (Hybrid)

Were looking for a dynamic and driven HR Coordinator to join our team and partner closely with our team of HR Business Partners. In this position, youll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture through owning critical HR metrics, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts that positively impact our associates. Key Responsibilities + Analyze & Act: Own and interpret turnover metrics, enhance the exit interview process, support ad-hoc reporting needs, and provide actionable insights that guide leadership decisions. + Drive Engagement: Support the administrative end of the employee engagement survey process and help identify strategies that strengthen our workplace culture. + Partner for Success: Support HR Business Partners in talent management, career development, compensation, performance improvement, succession planning, corporate/business initiatives and preparation for monthly leadership updates and/or all hand meetings. + Leverage Data: Manage HR analytics and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, insights, and compliance with audit controls. + Be the Go-To Resource: Respond to routine employee questions, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure consistent application across the organization. + Champion Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance HR processes, recommending innovative solutions aligned with business goals. + Support Organizational Growth: Contribute to HRs role in mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and integration. + Lead with Initiative: Take ownership of projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate across teams with minimal oversight. What Were Looking For + Bachelors degree and/or minimum of 2 years related knowledge of HR policies, processes and HRIS processes. + Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations. + Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills + A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges + The ability to flourish in a fast-paced and changing environment, in which multiple priorities need to be effectively managed. + Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail. + Ability to identify, drive, and participate in implementing process improvement actions. + Must maintain confidentiality in all departmental and organizational matters + Strong proficiency in MS Excel is required along with solid knowledge of MS Office and Power-Point + Experience with HR Information Systems + SHRM certification preferred, though not required If youre ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, influence meaningful change, and grow your HR career, wed love to hear from you.
