The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resources (HR) team with its day-to-day operations by aiding in the areas of data entry, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required. The HR Coordinator will maintain personnel records, assist new hires throughout the onboarding process, support the HR team with preparations for new-hire orientation and serve as a point of contact for employees who have questions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do Assists with the new hire onboarding process by collecting new hire information, initiating background checks and preemployment drug screens, prepping conference rooms and benefits guides for new hire orientation, and updating all employee records Schedules employees for drug testing utilizing third party systemProcesses all E-Verify requests to determine new hires’ eligibility to work in the U.S.Maintains filing systems and executes proper record keeping practices to ensure confidentiality of HR information as well as compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practicesCollects and enters employee data to a variety of systems (JDE, Navex, DISA) with an emphasized focus for maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlinesSchedules interviews, meetings, and travel as requested by the HR and Operations departmentsResponds to general employee inquiries and escalates complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager Administers building badge system to assist with access requests for new hires and visitors, and provides replacement badges as neededAssists with drafting various HR communicationsMay fill in for, assist or interface with other support functions; these duties may include, but are not limited to answering telephones, data entry, filing and tracking of information, ordering supplies, and receiving visitors for other QPS departments as neededAdheres to internal standards, policies, and proceduresPerforms special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested What You'll Bring Minimum of 1-year Human Resources administrative experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience working with JD Edwards What You'll Get Competitive Compensation401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayPaid Time Off (PTO)Comprehensive Health CoveragePet InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Professional DevelopmentTuition AssistanceEmployee Discount Program Equal Opportunity Employer
