Job Summary: At Trane Technologies, we challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting this mission by providing high‑quality, efficient HR administrative support. This role helps ensure a positive employee experience, supports HR operations, and partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Leaders to deliver timely and accurate HR services.
Responsibilities: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing accurate, timely information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and compliance requirements.Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and tracking across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate activities related to benefits, compensation administration, and employee life‑cycle events.Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and pre‑employment documentation as needed.Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and site‑level HR events.Help ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international employment regulations.Prepare HR documentation, correspondence, and presentations as requested.

Support HR projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications:
Prior HR support, coordination, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and support multiple stakeholders.
