**What will I be doing?** As our **Human Resources Coordinator** , you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and driving HR initiatives across the property\. You’ll coordinate and deliver training, champion Health & Safety, and assist with driving community projects—all while providing exceptional support to our team\. Your responsibilities will include: + Delivering all brand training, including Orientation, Health & Safety, and introductory leadership programs\. + Coordinating **Travel With Purpose** community projects and activities\. + Managing training records and assigning online learning as required\. + Keeping clear communication with all departments involved in projects and activities\. + Assisting internal and external guests with requests\. + Leading Health & Safety initiatives on property\. + Attending mandatory meetings and following emergency procedures when needed\. + Building strong working relationships with team members, departments, and guests\. ### ### **What are we looking for?** We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and thrives in a dynamic environment\.
