We’re now seeking an engaging and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to help us champion our workplace culture and deliver best-in-class HR support.

What Will You Be Doing?

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be more than administrative support — you’ll be a go-to contact, a culture ambassador, and a trusted HR partner across the hotel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and Team Member lifecycle processesCoordinating training sessions, recognition programs, and team eventsAssisting with compliance, record keeping, and reporting requirementsManaging general HR queries and providing first-level support to team membersEnsuring smooth daily HR operations including correspondence, filing, data entry, and document preparationUpholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsContributing to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For?

We’re after someone who brings not just experience, but heart and initiative to the role. Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous experience in an HR or people-focused admin roleA proactive and welcoming approach to internal and external stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationConfidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems (training provided)An understanding of workplace confidentiality and ethical standardsFlexibility and a team-first attitude

Bonus points if you also have:

Experience in hospitality or a similar service-driven environmentFamiliarity with Australian employment regulations
