Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Human Resources Coordinator where you will play a key role in managing team member changes, processing hire requests, and overseeing exit tasks. You will conduct audits, extract data from HRIS systems, and monitor harassment training completions. This role involves scheduling exit interviews and collaborating closely with the People Business Partner.

ResponsibilitiesCreate spreadsheets, snow tickets, and letters for team member changes.Complete the Hire Request form and process completion to Talent Acquisition.Manage and automate exit tasks.Conduct audits as requested.Extract data from HRIS systems and Greenhouse as needed.Monitor harassment training completions.Schedule exit interviews with the People Business Partner.Essential Skills1-3 years of HR experience.Proficiency in Excel, including V-LookUp and Mail Merges.Manual data entry.Experience with HR systems such as Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, Paycom, Paychex, and ADP Payroll.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with any HRIS systems.Strong administrative support capabilities.Ability to handle employee relations and HR administration.Work Environment

This hybrid role requires three days in the office after training, with the flexibility to work more days on-site if preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
