Summary: Seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to serve as a liaison and manage various HR functions including performance management and employee relations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 5 years of Human Resources experience Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Skills:

Experience in employee engagement action planning Knowledge of HR compliance reporting

Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between HR division and other departments Manage performance management, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, retention planning Develop and implement new HR materials and policies

Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour
