**Snapshot of Your Day:** We are looking for a **HumanResources Business Partner** in Orlando, FL to apply knowledge of processes, procedures, and methodologies for Human Resources (HR), compensation, incentives and benefits as they relate to overall Siemens Energy business strategy. **How You’ll Make an Impact:** + Deliver integrated HRmanagement services and programs across the business, specificallyinternal compensation tool, Compensation Insights (COIN), internalrecognition system (STAR), internal equity management system, and OracleFusion. + Provide a full rangeof HR support and expertise as a trusted partner to and a member of thelocal leadership team, bringing an independent viewpoint and HR expertiseto business issues specific to the energy industry. + Utilize knowledge ofVOLT and Grip-to-Mercer global restructuring project serving as lead oncompensation and global equity topics. + Drive HR strategywithin organization as aligned with business goals. + Utilize knowledge ofSiemens Energy's business areas including Sustainable Energy Systems,Compression, Steam Turbine and Generators and Electrification, Automationand Digitalization to perform HR functions. + Provide coaching tomanagers and employees to accelerate leadership development at all levelsin the organization. + Promote and championdiversity efforts in hiring, promotion, job rotations, etc. + Consult with partneredorganizations on strategies and communications designed to create anenvironment that drives individual and team success and retention. + Partner with theleadership team on talent development and performance management tomaximize employee contributions and address performance gaps. + Identify needs forchange management and champion related activities. + Partner with HRperformance optimization team and shared service providers on escalatedquestions regarding payroll, leaves of absence, investigations, andpolicies. **What You Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a relatedfield and 5 years of experience. + Full term of experience must include: analyze largeamounts of data to identify key trends and results; + Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, datavisualization) and HR dashboards; + Global HRIS platforms like Workday; + Knowledge of market salary benchmarking tools (i.e.Mercer); + Total rewards strategies, and advanced understandingof compensation models and structures. + Experience must also include: understanding of USlabor laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC); + Energy industry experience; and + Experience working in a global, matrixed and complexorganizational structure. + The position is eligible for the Employee ReferralProgram. · To apply, please email resumes to siemensenergy.resumes@siemens-energy.com referencing job code: MK/EA.
