Job Summary
In a large healthcare organization, the Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) strategically aligns HR practices with organizational goals, serving as a client-facing advisor to both clinical and non-clinical departments, while addressing the unique needs of the healthcare workforce. This role strategically advances organizational goals by implementing best-in-class people strategies focused on talent, engagement, retention, and organizational development, within the complex context of healthcare delivery. This role supports the HR Business Partners and Sr. Director HR Business Partners by providing consultation and guidance to leaders regarding employee relations and human resources matters.

Responsibilities
+ Assist the HR Business Partner with implementing people strategies by planning, project management, data gathering and analysis. Must be available to work onsite as needed to support business operations, facilitate team collaboration and engage with key stakeholders.
+ Strategic Business Partnership: Establishes productive relationships and rapport with customers by providing timely follow up on issues/concerns. Provides leaders with appropriate guidance on handling issues, providing rationale for recommendations so that leaders can make informed decisions. Under the guidance of an HR Business Partner or Sr. HR Business Partner, works with HR centers of excellence to facilitate effective HR relationships. Contributes to organizational growth and competitiveness as an extension of the leadership team.
+ Talent Strategy and Management: Assists with developing and implementing talent strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development. Implements retention strategies, mentorship programs, and career development initiatives.
+ Workforce Analytics: Utilizes workforce analytics to forecast staffing needs, analyze turnover, and understand team member engagement. Runs reports and queries as requested. Prepares spreadsheets for special projects. Tracks projects.
+ Organizational Development and Change: Assists with aligning workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development with the healthcare organization's long-term goals. Facilitates organizational restructures and transitions
+ Team Member Relations and Compliance: Handles conflict resolution, labor relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) in partnership with HR Business Partner or Sr. HR Business Partner. Ensures compliance with local, federal, and state healthcare HR standards. Promotes team member well-being, DEI, and ethical HR practices.
+ Performance and Development: Sets performance expectations, drives feedback and appraisal processes, and addresses underperformance. Identifies skills gaps and implements training initiatives.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field, required.
+ Experience: Three years of human resource generalist experience and/or experience working with a HRBP team. Experience in managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives. Experience in providing consultative services, required.
+ Licensure/Certification: PHR or SPHR or other Human Resource Certification, preferred.
