We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our organization by serving as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and providing comprehensive HR support. This role involves working closely with employees and managers, offering policy guidance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support.Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, benefits, and general HR inquiries.Support employees and managers with Workday-related questions and collaborate with remote HR leadership on escalations, policy guidance, and site-specific needs.Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and standard HR practices.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5-10 years of HR experience.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent professional experience.Hands-on HR experience in an on-site environment.Working knowledge of Workday.Experience supporting employee relations and benefits.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience supporting a manufacturing or plant-based workforce.Payroll exposure (preferred, not required).Ability to work independently as the sole on-site HR representative.Proficiency in Excel and MS Office 365.Work Environment

This position requires working on-site from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, five days a week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Millington, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
