We provide Integrated Guarding, Remote Guarding, Mobile Guarding, Onsite Guarding, Investigative Services and Technology Services. **Position Overview:** The Temporary Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports operational leaders by providing strategic and operational HR guidance aligned with Securitas Canada’s business objectives, policies and values. This role partners with management while ensuring adherence to employment legislation and company standards. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to resolve complex employee relations matters and supporting organizational initiatives during the temporary assignment. **Salary: $60,000 - $65,000.00/yr** This position is an active new/open temporary vacancy . **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic HR Partnership** + Act as a trusted HR advisor to Branch Managers for the Cambridge, Windsor, London and all surrounding areas. + Support business goals through workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives. + Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and collective agreement consistently across sites. **Employee & Labour Relations** + Manage employee relations matters including investigations, discipline, grievances, and terminations. + Provide guidance on progressive discipline, performance management, and attendance management. + Participate in grievance meetings as required. + Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant decision-making. **Talent & Workforce Support** + Advice on role changes, accommodations, leaves of absences, and return-to-work programs. **Compliance & Risk Management** + Ensure compliance with Provincial employment standards, occupational health and safety legislation and company policies. + Support audits, documentation, and reporting related to HR compliance. + Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. **Change Management & Communication** + Support client transitions. + Communicate HR-related changes clearly and professionally to leaders and employees. + Coach leaders on effective people management and communication practices. **Skills & Competencies** + High level of confidentiality and professionalism. + Proficient in MS Office suites **Qualifications & Experience** + Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + CHRP designation (or working toward). + Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment. + Strong working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and labour relations. + Experience supporting multi-site operations. + Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement. **Work Conditions** + Temporary assignment starting May 1, 2026, to January 11, 2027 + Required to work in office. + May require traveling to branch offices.
