Human Resources Business Partner

We’re currently seeking a HR Business Partner to support our operations team and company-wide Human Resources initiatives.

 

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across assigned regions, ensuring consistent execution of core human resources services. This includes employee relations, performance management, succession planning, HR training, and workforce planning. The HRBP works closely with divisional leaders to align HR programs with business priorities, improve workforce effectiveness, and support a high-performance culture. This role is also accountable for tracking key HR metrics to assess impact, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance and consistency across locations.

 

What you will do:

Partner with Divisional Leadership

Provide strategic HR support to Divisional Leadership across assigned locations. Advise on employee relations, performance management, and talent growth strategies to support organizational effectiveness and build leadership capability. Align HR practices with business goals, operational demands, and local market dynamics. Provide in-person HR support through regular travel to field locations, strengthening local leadership relationships, and enhancing HR program adoption.

 

Employee Relations & Compliance

Respond to employee concerns, including complaints, harassment, and discrimination claims, in coordination with Corporate Legal Team and Senior HR leadership. Conduct investigations into misconduct or policy violations and recommend appropriate actions. Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards

 

Training & Development

Deliver formal and informal training to managers on employment law, effective coaching practices, and company HR programs. Guide leaders through performance improvement plans and individual development strategies. Foster a culture of learning, leadership capability, and ongoing development.

 

HR Program Implementation and Reporting

Develop and analyze people metrics to evaluate program impact and drive data-informed decision making. Continuously strengthen HR expertise by proactively engaging with industry trends, advancing professional development, and applying emerging best practices to enhance strategic HR initiatives.

 

How you will shine:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and/or people management experience, preferably in a retail or multi-site environment. Minimum of 2 years in a business partner or advisory role, supporting leaders with employee relations and performance management. Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Proven ability to coach and develop leaders, deliver training, and support organizational change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms), and incident reporting systems (e.g., NAVEX). Willingness to travel up to 50% Maintain a flexible schedule in reaction to business need; weekends and night time hours may be required occasionally Must be willing to work outside in different weather conditions alongside employees and managers
