Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within global, multi-national companies.High degree of emotional intelligence, intellect, and operational prowess.Ability to lead and navigate solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The pay rate for this role is $40/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
