What you’ll be doing:Design leadership programs based on a comprehensive diagnosis of detected needs.Support directors, managers, and supervisors in the talent management process, including the definition of annual goals, performance management systems, and training and development plans for high-potential staff to ensure a robust talent pipeline.Evaluate various learning and development resources to recommend the best options for clients.Lead organizational change programs tailored to business needs.Provide mentorship on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.Stay current on employment law regulations and other legal requirements regarding people management to help leaders ensure strict compliance.Assist line managers with organization, people, and change-related issues.Maintain a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy.
What you’ll bring:Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of five years of human resources experience.Background in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Outstanding energy, passion, and responsibility.Bilingual.Knowledge and/ experience with local law and, tax and social security regulations.Phenomenal communications and presentations skills.Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPI'S.
