Human Resources Business Partner
**The Position** We’re looking for a strategic HR Business Partner who thrives on aligning people strategy with business goals. This role involves overseeing Human Resource Initiatives, HR Services (GBS HR when applicable) and HR solutions to meet the Operational Unit operations/ business needs in the field of employee management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and talent acquisition, training, employee development, workforce planning and employee relations programs, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Also works in close alignment with the Head of HR in Operational Unit and Regional Operation Unit Center HR leadership team. **Responsibilities** 1. Contribute to Business Strategy + Align HR elements with OPU coordination to build organizational capabilities + Apply defined HR strategy and adhere to local and ROPU guidelines 1. Lead Strategic Planning and Budgeting + Maintain and report updated employee headcount + Support the upkeep of an accurate employee database + Provide personnel cost inputs for budget planning 1. Drive Organizational Effectiveness + Maintain HR organizational processes + Develop employee skill sets and behavioral competencies 1. Enhance Organizational Health, Culture, and Engagement + Strengthen company culture through targeted initiatives + Analyze organizational health and engagement regularly (e.g., surveys) + Link survey outcomes to operational perfmance 1. Implement HR Solutions + Execute HR solutions developed by COEs + Provide feedback to COEs and GBS as needed + Ensure business adherence to implemented solutions 1. Advance the People Agenda and Workforce Experience + Promote employer value proposition to build talent pipeline and leadership effectiveness + Foster high employee engagement across functions and geographies + Champion diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork + Design people initiatives aligned with Global Employee Survey and business goals + Drive performance management practices to ensure accountability and results + Establish training and development programs for workforce capability + Lead culture enhancement and support change management efforts 1.
