Stay current on HR trends, employment law, and healthcare challenges to advise leadership effectively.
Lead with integrity, confidentiality, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
** Flexibility to travel on-site on a weekly basis is strongly preferred.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a large, matrixed, or decentralized environment.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification desirable.
Proven ability to influence, advise, and build trust with diverse leaders.
