Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various hotel departmentsCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicationsSupport onboarding processes to ensure new colleagues experience Hyatt’s welcoming culture from day onePrepare employment documentation and onboarding materials2. HR Administration
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systemsAssist with preparing contracts, letters, and HR correspondenceSupport attendance tracking, leave records, and payroll input coordinationEnsure compliance with Hyatt policies and labor regulations3. Colleague Experience Engagement
Support Hyatt’s colleague engagement initiatives and recognition programsAssist in organizing events, wellness activities, and celebrations that reflect Hyatt’s inclusive cultureHelp address colleague inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and responsivenessPromote Hyatt’s core values: empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing4. Learning Development

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources/ Human Capital Management, Psychology or related field
Interest in pursuing a career in HR within the hospitality industry
Previous internship or exposure to hospitality is advantageousBasic understanding of HR principles and employment practicesFluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Hyatt standardsQualifications
