Human Resources Assistant

Description

This candidate will serve as a VMS Worker Profile Management Representative within a VNDLY as a Vendor Management System. Once VNDLY goes live, it will manage the end-to-end lifecycle compliance and tracking of contingent workers, contractors, and temp staff. These candidates will ensure accurate data entry, monitor vendor activities, and manage user access to optimize workforce efficiency typically requiring strong attention to detail and experience with VMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Worker Lifecycle Management: Onboard update and offboard contingent workers in the VMS ensuring all profiles are accurate and up-to-date.

- Compliance Tracking: Monitor compliance with company policies.

- System Administration: Maintain the VMS user database manage user access permissions and troubleshoot system issues.

- Data Accuracy Reporting: Run analyze and distribute reports on workforce metrics such as headcount and contract end dates as needed.

- Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between hiring managers and staffing vendors to resolve issues regarding worker tracking or profile discrepancies.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:

-Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements success criteria and type of contingent worker needed.

-Act as a point of contact for contingent workers and/or suppliers throughout the engagement lifecycle.

- Continuous Improvement:

-Identify opportunities to streamline the contingent processes improve user experience and reduce time to onboard.

-Contribute to the development of best practice documentation templates and reporting dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources procurement or staffing preferably with VMS experience and client support.

- VMS Knowledge: Proficiency in platforms like VNDLY Beeline or similar vendor management technologies.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manage high-volume data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management.

- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word.

- Excellent communication and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret workforce data and present actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification such as CCWP SHRM CP or related HR credential.

- Experience in a Fortune500 or large scale corporate environment.

- Working knowledge of contingent workforce analytics platforms e.g. Beeline Fieldglass VNDLY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
