**Job Description**
BAE Systems is hiring a Human Resources Analyst Workforce Analytics to support our Platforms and Services (P&S) Sector. Join a dynamic and collaborative Human Resources & Talent Acquisition (HR/TA) Operations team dedicated to supporting the P&S Sector and driving impactful results. The role is responsible for the design, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of HR/TA analytics and reporting associated with workforce data.
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with HR/TA leadership on maturing analytics and reporting processes while helping shape workforce analytics strategies and capabilities
+ Design, develop, and maintain HR/TA reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform business decisions
+ Advise on key HR/TA metrics and benchmarks, leveraging external trends and addressing internal stakeholder needs
+ Identify trends, interpret data, and recommend follow-up actions through business insights and data-driven storytelling
+ Represent the P&S sector on enterprise-wide analytics or reporting focused working groups led by the Workforce Intelligence Center of Expertise (COE) or other COEs
+ Ensure reporting process integrity through rigorous documentation, data quality, security, and compliance with COE led governance policies and practices
+ Produce quarterly business review charts for the P&S Sector Human Resources function
+ Develop narratives and talking points for leaders to brief analytics and charts during meetings, for the appropriate target audience
+ Implement automation capabilities into analytics and reporting workflows
+ Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to meet sector HR/TA needs, including scheduled report outs and special requests
+ Lead an optimization effort of sector reporting and dashboard maintenance to streamline processes and improve efficiency and productivity
+ Utilize a range of systems and tools, including BrassRing, PeopleSoft, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Microsoft 365 applications to support reporting and analysis
+ Work with our People and Culture lead to analyze employee survey data to identify employee engagement trends and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
+ Provide training and support to enable end-users to effectively consume and utilize dashboards and reports
+ Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reporting and data analysis
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Workforce Data Analytics and Reporting
+ Demonstrated experience working as an advisor and consultant, interpreting data and recommending follow-up actions through business insights and data-driven storytelling
+ Demonstrated experience and ability to compile, interpret, and analyze HR/TA data, draw valid conclusions, and project consequences of decisions and recommendations, identify challenges or problems, and partner with HR/TA leaders to develop strategies to work towards solutions
+ Experience in Dashboard creation and visualization in Power BI, Tableau, etc.
+ Experience in Alteryx or similar tool (Dataiku)
+ Experience in Automation of analytics, reporting, charts, etc.
+ Experience in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
+ A meticulous and methodical approach to working with data, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and implementation of checks and balances to ensure data quality and integrity
+ Solid customer orientation, team collaboration, and commitment to ensuring data integrity
+ Experience working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality
+ Organizational skills, outstanding time management, independent judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
+ High level of proficiency in M365 Office Products, Excel, PowerPoint
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience with advanced M365 apps such as MS Power Automate
+ Experience working with a wide range of data from HR/TA systems such as PeopleSoft and BrassRing Kenexa
+ Experience in full life cycle recruiting and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
+ Possess initiative and drive with a strong desire to continuously improve and streamline processes
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
