Human Resources Analyst
This role combines foundational HR business partnering with analytical responsibilities to support strategic HR initiatives. The position works closely with HR managers and leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while leveraging data insights to improve workforce planning, engagement, and compliance. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** **HR Business Partner Functions** • Act as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of HR programs with organizational goals. • Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives. • Assist managers with policy interpretation and employee relations issues. • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. • Participate in change management and organizational development projects. • Coordinate with Centers of Excellence and People Experience to answer questions on FMLA, Leave, etc. • Work to educate leaders on self-service functions to allow for more self-service functions. • Contribute to engagement and retention strategies. • Coordinate between Enterprise ITHR team to understand project outcomes and impacts globally. **HR Analyst Functions** • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, compensation, and other HR metrics. • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support system enhancements. • Support salary benchmarking and annual merit review processes. **Who You Are:** You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams. You establish clear goals with anticipated outcomes and results.
