The primary responsibility of this role is to actively lead and manage the HR functions associated with the role. Reporting to the HR Manager, the person in this role will support the HR department's objective to provide Human Resources support through understanding, developing, and facilitating creative HR solutions to achieve the desired business objective. This position is based in Blue Springs, MS. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. **What you’ll be doing** + Represent TMMMS in regional working group meetings for various projects and coordinate communication to local leaders. + Liaison for vendor contracts, Human Resources, and Procurement. + Responsible for local Talent Management program and supporting Executive team with local Succession Planning activities. + Administer hourly and salaried compensation programs, including hourly wage progressions, KPI bonus program, and annual salary planning processes. + Understand and provide support for HR programs and systems such as Workday, Driving Performance, and Accelerating Talent. + Use workforce planning and analytics tools such as headcount plans and HR analytics dashboards to understand the current situation and assist the organization in making workforce-related decisions. + Help the organizational leaders understand and build workforce plans, including identifying current state, future state, and gaps to be addressed. **What you bring** + 3+ years Human Resources experience + 3+ years of proven experience leading/managing a team (can be through program/project leadership and/or managing direct reports) + Knowledge and understanding of compensation programs, succession planning, recruiting processes and performance management + Proficient in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) + Proficient in PowerPoint – experience creating presentations in a clear, concise, and comprehensive format + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or closely related field **Added bonus if you have** + Experience with Workday HRIS + Experience with MS Teams + 5+ years HR experience in a Manufacturing environment + Prior Toyota HR experience **What We’ll Bring** During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
