Part of the Employee Relations team that oversees the relationship company-employees from hiring to exit this role working under supervision provides clerical and administrative support and assists with day to day operations of the team focused on: staffing, performance management, trainings, reviews, salary planning, reporting, data management etc. Provides support in various projects as they arise.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Actively participate in employee relations activities and HR projects, providing ad hoc support as needed. Provide full administrative support, including correspondence preparation, scheduling, data entry, and updating organizational charts. Collect, consolidate, and summarize organizational data for training, statistics, and evaluations, ensuring accurate and timely HR reporting. Assist with staffing activities, such as requisitions, recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, and operational communication. Support and maintain HR information systems and employee-related databases; create and update HR records, and correct inaccuracies. Manage the MSol Operations’ job description database, ensuring it is current and accessible, and update organization charts regularly. Support employee communication processes, including meetings and surveys, and ensure timely submission of employee documents. Assist with international assignments in collaboration with Campus HR Ops and MSol Operations teams. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR dashboards and propose process improvements for assigned areas. Perform additional duties related to job responsibilities and law requirements as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role, preferably in HR. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with professionals at all levels in various situations. Ability and willingness to manage multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, adapting to changing priorities and unexpected requests. Creativity in problem-solving, team spirit. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Power Point & Word.

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge of HR systems and processes. Good analytical skills. Familiarity with SharePoint. Any additional language is a plus.
