Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support for daily HR operations and assists with a wide range of personnel-related functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Monitor and track paid time off (PTO) for all company locations.Accurately process and enter time-off requests into the TCM system in a timely manner.Maintain vacation records for employees at each location.Track and manage the attendance point system for production employees.Maintain, update, and organize employee personnel files and filing systems.Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding activities.Facilitate and track new hire and annual training to ensure completion.Complete and manage E-Verify processes for all new hires in compliance with federal requirements.Provide FMLA paperwork to eligible employees and offer guidance as needed.Assist employees with short-term disability claims.Administer HR policies and plant procedures for hourly employees, including benefits enrollment support.Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and assist with related documentation.Review dental and vision billing statements for accuracy.Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure compliance and completeness of required documentation.Manage employee Red Wing book vouchers.Review payroll reports and generate payroll records to ensure accuracy.Serve as backup for payroll processing.Coordinate and track employee training through Paylocity.Support additional HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.Essential Skills

Monday through Friday office hours, 5 days onsite from 8am-5pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Adel, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
