Human Resources Administrator Country/Region: CA Location: Windsor, ON, CA, N8N 5G2 Req ID 84754 | TCL - Windsor Modules Plant 2, Canada, ZF Chassis Modules (Windsor) Inc. **Job Description** **Job Purpose:** The Human Resources Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department in a unionized manufacturing environment. This role provides administrative and operational support across employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, compliance, and HR reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** Support daily HR operations for unionized hourly and salaried employees. Assist with payroll, attendance, and timekeeping in line with collective agreements. Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and changes. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support employee relations initiatives and maintain compliance with HR policies and legislation. Respond to HR inquiries from employees and management. Assist with training coordination and onboarding new hires. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications & Skills:** Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field. HR experience in a unionized environment preferred. Knowledge of HR legislation and collective agreements. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
