Job Summary:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our team at our Pulaski, TN automotive manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining compliance and supporting HR operations, including employee file audits, I-9 corrections, onboarding, and orientation for temporary staff.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Conduct audits of employee files and make necessary corrections to ensure accuracy and compliance.\n- Assist employees in correcting I-9 documentation errors, ensuring full compliance with federal regulations.\n- Enter hourly new hires into the HR system and generate employee badges.\n- Facilitate HR-related orientation sessions for temporary employees, covering policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.\n\nQualifications:\n- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.\n- Prior experience in HR support or administrative roles, especially in manufacturing environments.\n- Strong understanding of I-9 compliance and employment eligibility verification requirements.\n- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).\n- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nSkills & Competencies:\n- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.\n- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\n- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.\n\nWorking Conditions:\n- Office setting within a manufacturing facility.\n- Occasional interaction with production floor employees and temporary staff.\n- Standard business hours with potential for overtime during peak hiring periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
