Human Resources Admin Intern
We are seeking a Human Resources Admin Intern North & West Africa for a position located in the Casablanca office and reporting to P&C Manager N&WA.
The ideal candidate will be managing all personnel documentation, P&C system maitenance and providing support with admin activities during all employee lifecycle in various project, communication, reporting and other administration.

As an HR Admin Intern, you will
Ensure all personnel documentation for NWA Cluster employees is prepared and that all documents are tracked, filed and maintained in compliance with the local legal framework. Provide support to Rewards Manager in Mobility programs administration. Supports budgeting process for NWA markets for the managed vendors. Support various reporting such as Data Quality, Turn Over reporting, etc Participation to various projects in People & Culture Area including but not limited to: Benefits review, Audits, Communication initiatives and other
Requirements
University Degree in Social Sciences Fluent in English, French & Arabic. Minimum 1 year working experience with payroll. Finance background is an advantage Advanced user of MS Office and SAP
