Description We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Admin to join our team in Barre, Vermont. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing HR operations, fostering employee relations, and supporting key administrative functions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about HR processes and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless introduction to the organization.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Oversee benefit administration functions, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.
• Maintain HRIS systems by entering accurate data and generating reports to support HR operations.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions, including recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and document management.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and development initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering HR-related questions and providing guidance.
• Conduct audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources administration and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of onboarding procedures and benefit management.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
