By joining the DHR team, you would serve as a trusted Human Resource Support Analyst, providing integrated and innovative human resources solutions for DHR. This classified position will operate under the guidance of DHR leadership and will be located at DHR Central Office in Boise, Idaho.
Summary:
The Human Resource Support Analyst plays a vital role in supporting Human Resources operations by managing and optimizing internal tools such as Smartsheet and SharePoint, ensuring accurate data tracking, reliable process documents, and user support. This position combines technical proficiency with HR processes to enhance efficiency, drive automation, and provide frontline support and training to internal staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Smartsheet Management:
+ Lead the use of Smartsheet for tracking, automating, and reporting on HR and administrative processes
+ Optimize Smartsheet structures and workflows to improve dashboard visibility and operational efficiency
+ Provide ongoing training and support to team members and stakeholders on Smartsheet functionalities
+ Identify and implement enhancements and potential new features to maximize the effectiveness of Smartsheet and other internal tools
+ Generate Smartsheet reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
+ Build relationships with partners and agency HR teams to enhance reporting capabilities and develop best practices for system use
Content Management and User Support:
+ Manage internal HR SharePoint pages, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and organization
+ Create and maintain resources, page layouts, and user documentation on SharePoint
+ Deliver training and support to staff on SharePoint best practices and usage
+ Support the transition of HR and related files to electronic document management
+ Identify quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in document management
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
+ Work with the Support Services Program Manager and other HR team members to support HR process improvement and innovation
+ Contribute to the development of HR resources and process documents in areas such as employee benefits, payroll, and timekeeping
+ Proactively identify gaps and recommend solutions to improve HR workflows, information management, and internal service delivery
+ Provide support for external website maintenance, including adding and updating content, managing links, publishing revisions, and ensuring functionality
Minimum Qualifications:
Good knowledge of:
+ Project management
+ Organizational/business analysis and evaluation
+ Process improvement methodology
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
+ Maintaining HRIS (human resource information systems), data management, or process automation
+ Using WordPress for website content management
+ Proficient in Smartsheet and/or SharePoint administration
