Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates for call center roles with a strong emphasis on long-term fit and retention. This role involves partnering with leadership to understand turnover trends, refining recruitment strategies, and creating a hiring experience that supports employee engagement from day one.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and execute recruitment strategies aimed at reducing turnover\nSource candidates who align with company values and long-term goals\nConduct behavioral interviews to assess retention potential\nCollaborate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding\nTrack and analyze retention metrics to improve hiring outcomes\nMaintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process\nPromote internal mobility and career pathing during recruitment\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and feedback loops\n\n

Qualifications:\n\n2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a call center or related environment. \nStrong understanding of employee retention strategies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nExperience with ATS and HR analytics tools\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively\nAbility to understand and identify applicant experience to maximize workforce potential \nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred)\n\n
