We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Recruiter who not only hires top talent but also plays a key role in improving employee retention. Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates for call center roles with a strong emphasis on long-term fit and retention. This role involves partnering with leadership to understand turnover trends, refining recruitment strategies, and creating a hiring experience that supports employee engagement from day one.
