As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, employee relations, investigations, workers compensation, FMLA and basic HR functions. This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.
