Key Responsibilities: + Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with business goals. + Employee Relations: Promote an inclusive, positive workplace by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR matters. + Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while developing programs to increase employee engagement and retention. + Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation. + Performance Management: Lead performance review processes, provide coaching to managers, and develop strategies for employee growth and development. + Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings. + Training & Development: Create and sustain training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of our team. + HR Data & Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics, providing reports to leadership to make informed business decisions. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a track record of progressive responsibility. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred. + Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. + Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
