Union Negotiations and Collective Bargaining:
Lead negotiations with unions to achieve agreements that ensure industrial harmony and benefit both parties.
Labour Relations Management:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain harmonious workforce relations in the port industry.
Dispute Resolution:
Lead efforts to resolve workplace disputes through effective negotiation and mediation strategies.
Grievance management:
Develop and oversee a grievance redressal mechanism to address employee concerns promptly, effectively & analyze patterns of grievances to identify systemic issues and recommend corrective measures.
Liasoning:
Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including labor authorities, local administration, community representatives & represent the organization in external forums related to industrial relations and labor management.
Agreement Negotiation:
Drive the negotiation of labour agreements to align with organizational goals while fostering collaborative employee relations.
Employee Engagement Programs:
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
Management-Employee Relations:
Maintain productive relations between management and employees to support operational effectiveness.
Compliance Oversight:
Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations within the port industry.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and present comprehensive IR and ER reports, leveraging data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, compliance, grievances, and resolutions to support strategic decision-making.

Uphold Adani's brand values in all interactions and build strong relationships to fortify brand trust and loyalty.

Education Qualification:
Post-Graduate in any discipline (preferably HR)
Work Experience:
10 to 17 years of relevant experience in industrial relations, labour management, or HR within large-scale operations.
