Human Resource - HRBP Lead (GCC)
The HRBP will be a crucial member of the GCC HR team focusing on Engagement, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Succession Planning of Services. • The HRBP will be responsible for the entire working with the Service Heads to identify High Potential Employees, Chart out Career Development Plans for them, look at Succession gaps and action on plans to mitigate these gaps by partnering with the various COEs within HR   *Description for Internal Candidates         *Key Responsibilities of Role    

Talent Management:  

• Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Services; ensure alignment of the Talent strategy to Service priorities • Represent the service perspective and contribute to devising the vision, roadmap, operating model and strategic Talent initiatives for the Services HR function • Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos within the Service Function and ensure continued engagement for the same. • Identify Gaps in Succession and work towards establishment of a Leadership Succession Pipeline for the services by partnering with the respective service function heads and COEs. • Partner with Learning and Development, curate and run specific learning initiatives targeted to cater to future needs of the organization in the Hi Tech and Emerging Technologies Space.  


Strategic Partnership: 

• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. • Identify and address cultural and leadership challenges, implementing effective solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity.


 Employee Connect & Engagement:

 • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. • Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions. • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.  

Performance Management: 
• Collaborate with managers to establish performance expectations and goals for employees. • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans. • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on addressing performance issues and promoting employee growth.

Organizational Development:  • Partner with Service Heads to ensure Service structure enables long term strategy and delivers business goals • Drive Adani core values, vision and mission across the business; Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines. • Provide business insights on the change management strategy and change management programs and establishment of change management program office at a Service Function level • Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development. • Design and implement initiatives related to training and development, career planning, and succession planning. • Support change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes

Should be a master’s in human resource management with 10+ years of experience in Human Resource Management 
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably in a rapidly scaling organization.
