Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist (5–7 years) to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business growth. The role will cover core HR functions including employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Handle HR operations, HRMS, documentation, and payroll co-ordination
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Act as an HR business partner to managers and employees
Support talent acquisition and workforce planning as needed
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws
Experience working with HRMS and payroll vendors
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
