Duties Include: * Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding * Administer employee benefits and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries * Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies * Support performance management processes including evaluations and feedback * Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality * Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures * Coordinate training and development initiatives * Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
