Human Resources Generalist– Transportation Department

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Transportation team. This role plays a key part in supporting our employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, and driving engagement and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

What will you do?

Lead and facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a positive onboarding experience. Support employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a strong, supportive workplace culture. Execute HR administrative duties including data entry, file maintenance, and reporting. Partner with leadership on retention strategies that strengthen employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support when needed.

 

What do you need?

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.  1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus in transportation or operations preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with UKG and AS400 systems is a plus.
