Description We are currently hiring a Human Resource Generalist in Edinburg, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Starting pay: $16.98 p/h  Paid weekly!

Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. Provide assistance to the Employment Specialist in recruitment by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts. Conduct fingerprint background clearances. Gather all required documentation needed to post vacant positions. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Generalist Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in the Human Resources field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, business administration, or related field. Valid Driver License Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail.
