You'll be the go-to person for everything from handling payroll and employee relations to finding and bringing onboard great new team members. If you've got 3-5 years of HR experience under your belt (especially in manufacturing or production environments), know your way around HR systems, and love solving people’s puzzles, we should talk. Responsibilities Administer HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain records. Support payroll, benefits, and employee inquiries. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Manage full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews. Improve candidate experience and onboarding. Support employer branding and recruitment metrics tracking. Assist with performance reviews and training programs. Advise managers on HR best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR designation/certification preferred (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR). 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience, including recruitment support. Exposure to manufacturing, food production, or regulated industries (asset). HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Dayforce). Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo). Payroll software (e.g., Ceridian, Paychex, QuickBooks). Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel for reporting). Strong communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. Problem-solving and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially. Organizational skills to juggle HR ops and recruitment priorities.
